Summer Week 4 (w/c 11th May)
This week's theme is Celebrations.
We hope that you find our creative resources useful over the coming week.
BBC Bitesize continue to offer daily lessons in Maths, English and a
Foundation subject, for Years 1 - 6. Their Maths
lessons are now linked with those offered by White Rose so please do
access their video clips and worksheets.
Oak National Academy continue to provide high-quality lessons and
online resources, which are backed by the Government. Their online
classroom offers free access to live video lessons, delivered
by qualified teachers, quizzes and worksheets and covers a range of
subjects. All of the lessons are ordered so your child can learn along a
clear plan with new lessons and resources provided each week. This will
offer children the structure that they are used to in the classroom.
Class teachers will try to link work they set to both BBC Bitesize and Oak
National Academy.
It is important that children check in with their teacher and peers each
week on the discussion tab in the Pupil Area of the website.
Please continue to tweet and share your home learning with us. Teachers
would love everyone to share their Home Learning with them in their own
Scrapbook on the Pupil Area of the website! The best way to share work
is for each child to create one 'Home Learning' scrapbook and upload
photographs or documents of anything that they would like to share with
their teacher.
